Le samedi de l’octave de Pâques à l’ITCJ revêt une signification particulière : les ordinations diaconales. Sous un climat relativement doux, une foule nombreuse composée de parents, ami(e)s, collaborateurs dans la mission, enseignants, etc., a répondu favorablement à l’invitation pour accompagner les ordinands. « Le service ! » Tel est le mot principal sur lequel a porté l’homélie de Mgr Paolo Borgia, Nonce apostolique en Côte d’Ivoire qui a présidé cette célébration. En ce jour béni, l’Eglise catholique a été gratifié de 15 diacres, dont 11 jésuites, un frère capucin, un Conceptionniste et deux religieux de Saint Viateur. Que la Paix du Ressuscité les accompagne dans leur nouveau Ministère.
The Saturday of the Easter octave at ITCJ had a special significance: the diaconal ordinations. In relatively mild weather, a large crowd of relatives, friends, mission workers, teachers, etc., responded favourably to the invitation to accompany the ordinands. “Service!
